However, there’s much more to it!

Around 350 apps were initially identified using the word “sleep” from the Google Play Store and Apple iTunes in September 2015.

There could be even more right now. Ain’t nobody got time to sift through the list!

But, I found some time anyway and curated the best sleep apps for Android and iOS, that will help you attain more restful sleep. We’ll find out what exactly puts you to sleep (white noise, meditation, lullabies, etc.).
